At Intense Anytime Gym, we strive to provide the best fitness and wellness services to our members. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for memberships, training sessions, and other services.

1. Membership Cancellations

Once a membership plan is purchased, it cannot be transferred to another individual.

Memberships are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable unless specified under special offers or promotions.

In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, relocation, or other valid reasons), management may review refund/cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except in cases where the payment was made in error or duplicate.

Training Packages: Unused personal training sessions may be eligible for partial refund or adjustment upon management approval.

Promotional Offers: Fees paid under discounts, trial offers, or special promotions are not refundable.

3. Class & Session Cancellations

If a scheduled class/session is canceled by Intense Anytime Gym (trainer unavailability, maintenance, etc.), members will be offered a reschedule or equivalent credit.

If a member misses a booked session, it will be counted as availed and not refundable.

4. Payment Issues

In case of double deduction or failed transactions, please contact us immediately with payment details. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Intense Anytime Gym reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations will be at the sole discretion of Intense Anytime Gym management.
